Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager – Airborne Mission Systems to lead a multidisciplinary project in the field of maritime patrol and warfare aircraft.

The role includes end-to-end management of a complex project, from contract signing through delivery to the customer, including:

• Leading the development and integration of mission systems and weapon capabilities

• Managing multidisciplinary teams across Systems Engineering, Software, Mechanics and Hardware

• Managing subcontractors, suppliers and external partners

• Planning and controlling project schedules, procurement, deliveries and project risks

• Leading technical, business and customer-facing activities, including international travel

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Engineering – mandatory

• Proven experience as an Engineering/Business Project Manager or Chief Engineer in a development project – mandatory

• Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and matrix teams

• Experience in airborne systems or weapon systems – an advantage

• Experience in defense system development – an advantage

• Excellent English – mandatory

• Willingness to travel abroad – mandatory
