Project Manager – Information Systems

abra is seeking an Information Systems Project Manager to join its Data & AI Division in Yakum The role combines end-to-end project management with business systems ownership, including implementation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing support. The position requires strong business understanding and the ability to lead application-focused projects that support organizational processes and growth. Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end information systems projects from requirements through go-live and support • Manage implementation and enhancement projects for business applications (HRIS, CRM, Service Management, Digital Platforms) • Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables • Own business systems, including configuration, testing, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance • Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technological solutions • Manage vendors, SLAs, and project deliveries • Lead QA/UAT processes and ensure production readiness • Prepare status reports and support risk management and steering committees • Support user training, adoption, and organizational change

Requirements: • 3+ years of experience managing Information Systems projects in medium/large organizations • Proven experience leading application-focused projects and business systems implementations • Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting • Strong understanding of business processes and system lifecycle management • Experience managing vendors and SLAs • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders • Proficiency in Excel and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) • Relevant bachelor's degree
