Project Manager – Missile & Space Systems

We are looking for an experienced R&D Project Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary development projects in the field of missile and space systems. Responsibilities • Lead multidisciplinary R&D projects from planning through delivery.

• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, milestones, and deliverables.

• Ensure project objectives are met while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.

• Manage ongoing relationships with customers and subcontractors.

• Work closely with System Engineering, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Program Management, and senior management.

• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide ongoing reports to management. Requirements • B.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering – required.

• 3–5 years of experience managing multidisciplinary R&D/development projects – required.

• High level of English – required.

• Experience in weapon systems development – an advantage.

• Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $10M – an advantage.
