Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Cross-Functional Project Manager to lead complex, organization-wide initiatives bridging IT, data teams, vendors, and business units from end-to-end from scoping and planning to successful implementation and delivery.

If you have a strong background in finance, deep tech/systems understanding, and a proven track record in complex project management, this is for you!

What you'll do:

• End-to-End Leadership: Drive complex cross-functional projects in IT, data, and innovation.

• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and collaborate closely with tech teams, business units, and external vendors.

• Project Governance: Build work plans, define milestones, manage budgets, track risks/dependencies, and report to management.

• Bridging Worlds: Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements to optimize processes.

What we are looking for:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience leading complex projects.

• Background: Strong technological understanding (IT, data, and system integration) with a background in Finance (mandatory).

• Soft Skills: Pleasant assertiveness, excellent interpersonal communication, big-picture vision alongside attention to detail, and a proactive, independent learner.

• Education: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management (Information Systems specialization).
