Project Manager

Project Manager – Field Support & Technical Customer Services | Yokneam

We’re recruiting for one of our clients, a global medical device company based in Yokneam, looking for an experienced Project Manager – Field Support & Technical Customer Services to join its Supply Chain organization.

In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives that improve system availability, service performance, operational efficiency, and cost optimization across a global installed base.

What you’ll do:

• Lead projects to improve field support and service performance

• Own and optimize RMA & repair processes, including TAT and repeat failures

• Manage supplier performance and work with global contract manufacturers and repair vendors

• Ensure critical spare parts availability

• Lead technical escalations with Engineering and Service teams

• Drive cost reduction initiatives across repairs, logistics, and parts

• Develop dashboards and KPIs for service, RMA, and suppliers

• Identify operational risks and lead mitigation plans

• Lead operational reviews and supplier meetings

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Service, or Supply Chain

• Experience working with contract manufacturers – an advantage

• Experience in medical devices or complex systems – an advantage

• Strong project management and execution skills

• Analytical and data-driven mindset

• Knowledge of RMA, service operations, and spare parts

• Strong stakeholder and escalation management skills

• Proficiency in Excel and SAP/ERP; Power BI – an advantage
