Project Manager & Senior Systems Analyst | Leading Organization | Central Israel

A leading organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Project Manager & Senior Systems Analyst to lead complex Web and technology projects from business requirements through design, development, and implementation.

This role combines Project Management, Systems Analysis, Web Architecture, Cloud, and AI, with hands on involvement in translating complex business needs into scalable technology solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead technology projects from requirements gathering through implementation

• Analyze complex business processes and translate them into functional and technical specifications

• Design and define complex Web systems, workflows, data flows, and APIs

• Create detailed functional and technical documentation

• Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Architecture, and business teams

• Work with SQL databases and Cloud based architectures

• Use AI and LLM tools, including Claude or similar platforms, to accelerate requirements analysis, technical documentation, prototyping, and development processes

• Support rapid prototyping and creation of code snippets using AI tools

• Work with REST APIs, Serverless architectures, and Cloud Functions

• Ensure solutions meet business requirements and technical standards throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience managing technology or IT projects, required

• Strong experience in Systems Analysis and complex process analysis, required

• Significant experience defining and designing complex Web systems

• Experience writing detailed functional and technical specifications

• Experience with SQL and MS SQL Server, including complex queries

• Strong understanding of Web architecture and databases

• Familiarity with Cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Experience defining APIs, including REST and/or GraphQL

• Hands on experience with AI and LLM tools such as Claude for technical and development related use cases

• Familiarity with Serverless architecture, Cloud Functions, or similar technologies

• Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple technical and business teams

Nice to Have

• Experience working in large Enterprise environments

• Experience with Cloud based Web architectures

• Experience using AI tools for rapid prototyping and code generation

• Experience working in healthcare or other complex, highly regulated environments

Education

One of the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering with an Information Systems specialization, or Information Systems Management

• Bachelor's degree in another field combined with at least 300 hours of advanced Information Systems training

• Practical Engineering diploma in Computer Science or Technology
