Project Manager - Electromechanical Systems

SGF Global is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead electromechanical installation and construction projects at a client site in Kiryat Gat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects end-to-end, from site handover through final delivery to the client.

• Develop and manage work plans and project schedules based on technical drawings and project requirements.

• Coordinate and lead activities with clients, subcontractors, and on-site teams.

• Oversee the engineering, logistical, and operational aspects of the project.

• Resolve on-site challenges and make real-time decisions to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and schedule requirements.

• Provide regular project status updates to the Site Manager.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing installation, construction, or electromechanical projects – Must.

• Proven experience managing on-site teams and subcontractors – Must.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings – Must.

• Experience working directly with clients and managing multiple stakeholders.

• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

• Good level of English – written and spoken.

• Willingness to work at client sites, including working at heights when required.

• Valid driver's license – Must.

Working Hours:

Full-time position, Sunday-Thursday, with availability for occasional Friday or night work based on project needs.
