We’re Hiring: Project Managers & System Analysts Team Lead 🚀

This is a great opportunity to take a key leadership role combining people management, system analysis, and end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-organizational technology projects that directly impact healthcare services.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers and System Analysts

• Own the team’s work plan, priorities, workload, performance, and deliverables

• Lead complex technology projects from initiation through implementation

• Translate business and clinical needs into system and technology solutions

• Work closely with internal stakeholders, technology teams, and external software vendors

• Oversee system maintenance, incident investigation, and resolution

• Drive innovation, new technologies, and advanced working methodologies

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, or Health Systems Management – Must

• 3+ years of direct management experience leading Project Managers and/or System Analysts – Must

• 3+ years of hands-on System Analysis and specification writing experience – Must

• Experience working with SQL – Must

• Development background – Advantage
