Prompt Engineer

We’re Hiring: Prompt Engineer

We’re looking for a Prompt Engineer to join a leading organization and take part in developing and optimizing advanced Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Design, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs)

• Work with RAG pipelines and Vector Databases

• Integrate AI solutions with organizational systems through APIs

• Structure and manage organizational knowledge to improve retrieval accuracy and relevance

• Evaluate and improve model performance, including Precision, Recall, and Hallucination Rate

• Conduct A/B testing and analyze AI model performance

• Collaborate closely with Data, Development, and Product teams

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Prompt Engineering, Generative AI, or LLM-based solutions

• Hands-on experience with Python

• Experience with API integrations

• Practical experience working with LLMs and Prompt Engineering

• Good understanding of SQL & NoSQL databases, data structures, and information systems

• Familiarity with Vector Databases

• Familiarity with RAG

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
