QA Engineer (Temp position) - Domains

Job Description

As a QA Engineer in the Wix Domains team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of mission-critical products that directly impact our users' ability to get their businesses online. This is a temporary position for 8 months. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Test platform solutions across multiple use cases, users, and business scenarios to provide uncompromising quality

• Plan and execute manual QA, including API testing and complex integration testing

• Understand complex solutions and find edge cases not covered by our test-driven development methodology

• Think like a hacker—understand weak points in solutions and help strengthen them

• Adopt a big-picture view to understand various business flows and user perspectives

• Coordinate and collaborate on QA projects with many cross-Wix teams, as our platform is used by most Wix companies and stakeholders

• Work with coding agents to build QA automation for complex product flows

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manual software testing and 2 years in API testing

• Experience composing complex software test plans, managing large QA integration projects, executing manual tests, and reporting issues and status

• Strong technical skills and software architecture understanding to identify bugs and solve complex problems, with impressive web-related knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS, browser debugging)

• Independent learner with the ability to lead a project from start to finish, while handling task-switching without losing focus

• Great communication skills in Hebrew and English, with the ability to listen and convey messages clearly

• Team player with the ability to lead and engage others without explicit authority
