QA Manager - Remote

We are a successful, fast-growing global eCommerce company operating across international markets and serving customers worldwide.

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead and improve our software quality assurance processes across the organization.

This is a fully remote position for a hands-on QA professional who combines strong testing expertise with leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving product quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall QA process across multiple products and development teams.

• Define, implement, and continuously improve QA methodologies, standards, and best practices.

• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, regression suites, and release validation processes.

• Perform and oversee functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.

• Work closely with Developers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

• Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs through resolution.

• Evaluate product risks and ensure releases meet the required quality standards.

• Improve testing efficiency and coverage through better processes and tools.

• Help establish and expand automated testing where relevant.

• Track quality metrics and provide clear visibility into product quality and release readiness.

• Mentor QA team members and promote a strong quality mindset across the organization.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional QA experience.

• Previous experience in a QA leadership, management, or team lead role.

• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.

• Experience testing web-based applications and APIs.

• Ability to create structured test plans and identify edge cases and potential risks.

• Experience working in Agile development environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

• Good written and spoken English.

Advantage

• Experience with test automation and automation frameworks.

• Knowledge of tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.

• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.

• Basic SQL knowledge.

• Experience with CI/CD environments.

• Technical or software development background.

• Previous experience in eCommerce or high-traffic online platforms.
