Comblack is Hiring: Software QA Engineer (Manual & Automation)

We are looking for an experienced Software QA Engineer (Manual & Automation) to join a large and well-established enterprise organization in the Shfela region.

About the Role: The role involves leading end-to-end testing processes in a challenging, secure environment. It features a hands-on split of approximately 80% complex manual testing and 20% automation, managing delivery and acceptance testing, mentoring junior QA engineers, and working closely with developers and product managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end QA lifecycles for complex, enterprise-grade systems.

• Design, execute, and maintain test plans and test scenarios from scratch.

• Perform complex manual testing alongside developing and maintaining automated test scripts.

• Validate system integrations, APIs, and data flows using SQL and data formats.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with development teams, product managers, and junior testers.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on software QA experience testing large, complex systems.

• Proven experience authoring comprehensive testing documentation (STP / STD) and complex test scenarios from scratch.

• Practical background in manual testing combined with hands-on experience developing and maintaining automation scripts.

• Strong SQL proficiency for database querying and data validation.

• Practical experience testing system interfaces, analyzing JSON/XML data formats, and working with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
