Looking to step up your QA game and build a path toward leadership?

COMBLACK is looking for a talented Mid QA Engineer to join an established, stable software company based in the Diamond Exchange District, Ramat Gan (right next to Savidor Train Station 🚆).

In this role, you will take full ownership of end-to-end testing processes across complex web and mobile systems, integrate modern AI testing tools, lay the groundwork for test automation, and grow into a QA Team Lead!

What will you do?

• Lead manual testing processes end-to-end: test planning, scenario design, regression execution, and bug lifecycle management.

• Test data-intensive, multi-integration platforms across Web and Mobile environments.

• Collaborate closely with Dev, Product, and external clients to troubleshoot complex issues.

• Design a future roadmap for test automation and integrate AI-assisted QA workflows.

• Build, mentor, and lead the company’s future QA team as the domain expands.

What are we looking for?

• 3–5 years of hands-on software QA experience (strong manual testing foundation).

• Proven experience with Jira, test documentation (STP/STD/STR), exploratory testing, and complex regression cycles.

• Solid experience testing Web & Mobile platforms in data-heavy/multi-integration environments.

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.

• High proficiency in English and Hebrew (written and verbal).

• Passion and readiness to step into a leadership/lead role.

Big Advantages:

• Hands-on experience with Automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.).

• Experience testing Control & Monitoring systems, operations, or enterprise software.

• Practical familiarity with AI tools for testing workflows.

• Experience mentoring team members or driving QA methodology improvements.
