Quality Engineer

We are looking for

At Elbit's site in Modiin, we are seeking a Quality Engineer who brings high expertise in process quality engineering. You will lead superior quality processes, manage risks robustly, and drive continuous improvements in production and assembly lines – with the goal of achieving zero defects, maintaining excellent process performance, and minimizing quality cost impact

In this role you will

Lead quality processes and continuous improvement initiatives across production and assembly lines

Conduct quality audits and provide professional support to production lines to prevent non-conformities

Lead failure investigations, execute RCA activities, and manage CAPA processes thoroughly and efficiently

Manage and lead PFMEA activities and process risk management

Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvement actions

Lead MRB meetings and support NCMR, SCAR, and CAR processes

Lead cross-organizational projects to reduce quality costs and improve performance

Requirements

B.Sc. in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or Electronics

Minimum 3 years of industrial experience in quality engineering within a process environment

Proficiency in ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards with deep understanding of standard requirements

Experience leading investigations, risk management, and PFMEA processes

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and lead departmental and cross-organizational improvement processes

Ability to work independently, strong interpersonal communication, assertiveness, and customer service orientation

CQE, CQM, or CRE certification – Advantage

Familiarity with production processes, ERP systems, and project environment – Advantage

English at an advanced level in reading, writing, and speaking
