Quality & Reliability Manager

The Engineering & Systems Plant within the Missiles & Space Division is looking for a Quality & Reliability Manager to lead quality and reliability activities in the development and production of assemblies for defense and space systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quality and reliability activities throughout the development and production of assemblies for defense and space projects.

• Lead quality and reliability from the development stage, including qualification activities for assemblies and systems, participation in the transition from development to production, quality oversight during manufacturing, and leading failure investigations.

• Work in a matrix environment with project teams across the Missiles & Space Division and with subcontractors.

• Collaborate closely as an integral part of multidisciplinary project teams.

• Matrix management of quality performance across projects.

• Work with a wide range of interfaces, including subcontractors in Israel and abroad, business units, and various engineering teams.

• Work directly with customers.

• Combine office-based work with hands-on involvement on the production floor.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Engineering, required.

• 7+ years of experience in an organization that develops and manufactures electromechanical or electronic assemblies, required.

• Experience in quality-related roles, an advantage.

• Experience in engineering or transitioning products from development to production, an advantage.

• Strong teamwork skills and a broad, system-level perspective.
