R&D simulations Engineer/Physicist

About Us:

TherMagiX, an emerging deep-tech, clean-tech startup in the field of energy harvesting, is growing and looking for a visionary, self-driven engineer/physicist to lead simulations and totake our product initiatives to productization.

Role Overview:

You will play a pivotal role in a pioneering team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of

technology, applying knowledge, experience, creativity, and passion to translate ideas into tangible products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and use computational tools for simulating and designing thermoacoustic devices

• Perform simulations, parametric sensitivity analysis and device optimization

• Validation and calibration against tests performed by other team members

• Close work with the scientific team members, transforming ideas into feasible products

Required Qualifications:

• PhD/MSc in engineering/applied science, with a background in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer.

• Proven track record in product development programs. Including use of computational fluid dynamics,

• Capability for independent, multi-disciplinary work

• Self-driven, independent, and creative, while focused on timeline and results.

• Good human relations, with  and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Advantages:

• Experience with compressible flow and acoustics

• Specific experience in heat transfer systems
