The role combines hands-on engineering, technical investigation, supplier engagement, and project ownership. You will work on new challenges in the space domain, evaluate technical alternatives, reduce uncertainty, and help mature ideas into clear engineering directions.
Requirements: • B.Sc. or higher in Engineering or another relevant technical field. • 7+ years of relevant engineering experience, preferably working on complex, multidisciplinary systems or R&D projects. • Strong engineering judgment and problem-solving skills. • Ability to independently drive technical work in an environment with incomplete or evolving requirements. • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and technical domains. • Ability to independently engage suppliers and external technical partners. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
