Logistics Coordinator – Part-Time We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities • Managing and tracking purchase orders and shipments

• Working with Priority ERP on a daily basis

• Working with customer and supplier portals, including Nipendo, Rafael, Intel, Supplier Exchange, and others

• Creating shipping documents and waybills through UPS, FedEx, and DHL platforms

• Handling import and export documentation

• Coordinating shipments with suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders

• Monitoring delivery schedules and following up on open orders

• Supporting purchasing and logistics activities

• Managing multiple shipments and orders simultaneously Requirements • At least 5 years of experience in logistics

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with Priority ERP – mandatory

• At least 3 years of experience in import and export

• High-level English – mandatory

• Experience working with customer and supplier portals – an advantage

• Experience with UPS, FedEx, and DHL shipping platforms – an advantage

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills Position Details 📍 Location: Ra'anana, Israel
