Red Team Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Red Team & Adversary Emulation Engineer to join our Cyber Security team and lead advanced offensive security engagements across complex enterprise environments.

In this role, you will design and execute end-to-end Red Team operations, emulate real-world threat actors, and assess the effectiveness of security controls across on-premises and cloud infrastructures. You will work closely with SOC, Incident Response, and Blue Team professionals to identify security gaps, validate detection capabilities, and continuously strengthen the organization's cyber resilience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Red Team exercises across internal and external environments.

• Perform Adversary Emulation based on real-world threat actor TTPs.

• Conduct advanced penetration testing of infrastructure, cloud environments, and applications.

• Evaluate and challenge EDR/XDR detection and response capabilities.

• Perform Post-Exploitation, Privilege Escalation, and Lateral Movement activities as part of complex attack simulations.

• Collaborate with SOC, Incident Response, and Blue Team teams to improve overall security posture.

• Develop offensive security automation and tooling using PowerShell and Python.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Offensive Security.

• Proven experience leading Red Team operations in enterprise environments.

• Strong expertise in Active Directory attacks and identity-based attack scenarios.

• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux environments.

• Experience working with Azure and Entra ID.

• Strong PowerShell and Python scripting capabilities.

• Deep understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK Framework.
