Retail Data Analyst

Edikted is a trend-driven global Gen Z fashion brand that brings pop-culture vibes and must-have styles straight to your closet.

We’re looking for an Retail Data Analyst to join our team and help us turn data into actionable insights that drive growth and decision-making across the company. You’ll work closely with multiple teams, shaping our reporting, KPIs, and analytical processes to support core business areas like retail performance, inventory management, and replenishment strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and demand trends to optimize stock replenishment.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for retail performance tracking.

• Identify areas for operational improvement and provide actionable recommendations.

• Communicate directly with store managers to understand inventory needs and challenges.

• Maintain and update replenishment files, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Place replenishment orders in the warehouse system based on data insights.

• Coordinate shipments between the warehouse and retail locations, ensuring timely deliveries.

• Work closely with the fulfillment team to resolve any stock issues or delays.

• Collaborate with retail, warehouse, and supply chain teams to align inventory strategies.

Requirements:

• BA/BSc from a leading academic institution in a relevant field.

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in retail, supply chain, or inventory management.

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

• Previous experience working on e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify or Magento) – an advantage.
