Role Description The RF and Microwave Integration role at Vectria Technologies Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Ashkelon. This role involves integrating RF and microwave sub-systems and components into complete solutions, including transmitters, receivers, amplifiers, and control/passive modules. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and interpreting RF designs, assembling and configuring modules, performing lab measurements, and validating system performance against specifications. The position requires close collaboration with design, test, and production teams to troubleshoot integration issues, optimize system performance, and support product documentation. The role also includes participation in continuous improvement activities, adherence to quality standards, and support for new product introduction across RF to mmWave platforms. Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for RF and microwave measurements, data interpretation, and system-level problem solving.

• Hands-on integration experience with RF/microwave modules and systems, including alignment, calibration, and verification.

• Effective communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting RF and microwave circuits, test setups, and system-level performance issues.

• Relevant software development or scripting skills (e.g., MATLAB, Python, LabVIEW) for test automation and data analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with specialization in RF, microwave, or communications preferred.

• Experience with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, power meters) and standard measurement techniques.

• Familiarity with ISO-9001 quality standards and military/industrial RF system requirements is an advantage.

• Ability to work on-site in Ashkelon, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high attention to detail in a lab and production environment.
