Wisanna is an early-stage legal AI company that helps law firms and legal teams research, draft, review, and organize legal work more efficiently.
The product is live and already used by paying lawyers, primarily in Romania. Israel is one of our target markets, and we are now building our local sales and customer success capability.
The opportunity
We are looking for a part-time Sales & Customer Success Lead based in Israel. This person will help us win law firms and legal teams as clients and build a sales process that works in the Israeli market.
We need someone who can both open doors and close deals. You will identify and approach the right firms, earn the attention of partners and legal leaders, run discovery and product demonstrations, manage follow-up, negotiate the commercial path, and turn suitable opportunities into paid pilots or team accounts.
You will stay involved after the sale so that early clients reach first value and Wisanna learns from their experience. Because we are early-stage, you will also help improve our target-account criteria, messages, sales materials, CRM stages, objection handling, and handoff process.
You will work directly with Wisanna's founder, with support from our product and legal team when needed.
What you will do
Build and prioritize a target list of Israeli law firms and legal teams.
Reach managing partners, practice leaders, general counsel, innovation leads, knowledge managers, and other relevant decision-makers.
Use your own network where relevant, while also doing direct outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone, events, and referrals.
Run discovery meetings that uncover how a team works today, where time is lost, what concerns it has about AI, and how it makes buying decisions.
Demonstrate how Wisanna can support legal research, drafting, document work, and team workflows while lawyers retain professional control.
Manage each opportunity from first contact through follow-up, commercial discussion, and close.
Convert suitable prospects into paid pilots or team accounts.
Help new clients choose an initial use case, get started, and reach first value.
Keep the CRM current, with clear qualification, next steps, ownership, and pipeline reporting.
Record market feedback and use it to improve the offer, messaging, sales process, onboarding, and product priorities.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who:
Is based in Israel.
Has a record of opening and closing B2B client relationships.
Is comfortable creating opportunities through direct outreach as well as referrals and introductions.
Can speak credibly with law-firm partners, general counsel, and other senior professional buyers.
Communicates fluently and professionally in Hebrew and English.
Can run discovery, demonstrate a technology product, handle objections, negotiate, follow up, and close.
Works independently, keeps accurate records, and uses a CRM consistently.
Is comfortable working in an early-stage company where the sales process is still being built.
Can commit around 20 hours per week during an initial 2-3 month pilot.
Can work through a suitable contractor or consulting arrangement and issue invoices.
Strong, current relationships in the Israeli legal market are an advantage. Experience in law, legal services, legal technology, compliance, professional services, or another trust-based B2B market is also useful. A legal background is welcome but not required.
This is a working sales role. It requires regular prospecting, follow-up, closing, and direct support for early accounts. Advisory work and occasional introductions are not enough.
Working arrangement
Part-time and fractional, around 20 hours per week.
Remote and flexible, with availability during Israeli business hours for prospect and team conversations.
Initial 2-3 month paid pilot.
Intended as a B2B contractor or consultant engagement, subject to confirming the appropriate local arrangement.
Monthly retainer plus a success fee for qualified, self-sourced law-firm and legal-team accounts.
Scope and compensation can increase after the pilot if the work creates qualified pipeline, closes paid accounts, and establishes a sales process that Wisanna can continue using.
Why this role
You will join at a stage when your work can directly affect how Wisanna enters the Israeli market. The product is live, the founders are involved, and the local sales process is still being built. If the pilot produces results and the working relationship is strong, the role can grow in scope, time commitment, and compensation.
How to apply
Please apply with your CV and LinkedIn profile and answer the short application questions. Include a brief example of a B2B relationship that you personally opened and closed or materially grew.
Compensation
The 2-3 month pilot includes a monthly B2B retainer based on the agreed weekly scope and the candidate's experience, plus a success fee for qualified, self-sourced law-firm and legal-team accounts. If the pilot creates qualified pipeline, closes paid accounts, and establishes a sales process that Wisanna can continue using, we expect to review the responsibilities, time commitment, retainer, and success fee after 60-90 days.
