Salesforce Administrator

BDO Israel is looking for an experienced Salesforce Implementer / Administrator to join our team and take a key role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Configure and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Design and maintain advanced Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.

• Manage Salesforce security, profiles, permissions, objects, page layouts, and validation rules.

• Manage data quality, imports, cleansing, deduplication, and data structure.

• Troubleshoot issues, support and train users, and translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.

• Build reports and dashboards and maintain system documentation.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams on Salesforce improvements.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Implementer, Administrator, or similar role.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Flows – essential.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, validation rules, standard and custom objects.

• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and platform limitations.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification.

• Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant certification.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum.

• Experience in enterprise or consulting environments.
