Salesforce Administrator

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Implementer

to join our team in a key and diverse role, combining hands-on Salesforce expertise with broad professional responsibility, cross-functional project leadership, and close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, business processes, and organizational needs — identifying opportunities for improvement and driving them from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and translate business processes into effective technology solutions

• Lead cross-functional projects and processes with business and technology stakeholders

• Work closely with internal customers and senior business stakeholders

• Own the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of end-to-end business processes

• Collaborate with integrated systems and organizational interfaces

• Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and lead Salesforce optimization initiatives

• Provide professional Salesforce solutions while maintaining a broad, system-level perspective

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing Salesforce

Required Skills

• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and working with internal customers and senior business stakeholders

• Strong experience in business process analysis and requirements definition

• Hands-on experience with:

• Salesforce Field Service

• Sales Cloud

• Service Cloud

• Flow Builder

• Reports & Dashboards

• Permission Sets

• Sharing & Security Model

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to bridge business needs and technology solutions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• A hands-on, proactive approach with strong ownership and a drive for continuous improvement
