We Are Hiring: Salesforce Developer and Implementation Specialist!

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building scalable, smart, and user-friendly solutions? We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end projects within our organization.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business needs and technical excellence, ensuring our Salesforce platform is optimized to its full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive full-cycle implementation processes, from initial requirement gathering and characterization to post-launch support.

• Perform advanced Salesforce configuration using declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, etc.).

• Ensure strict adherence to Salesforce standards, including security protocols, platform limits, and industry Best Practices.

• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

• AI Proficiency: At least 1 year of proven experience working with advanced AI tools (such as Claude Code, Agentforce, or similar) to automate and optimize business processes.

• Certifications: Must hold at least two of the following: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant.

• Technical Expertise: Full mastery of Flows, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Workflows.

Advantages:

• Experience with implementation using SFDX and VS Code.
