Salesforce Business Analyst - Position No. 1709

We're looking for a sharp, customer-centric Salesforce BA who owns the full delivery lifecycle – from discovery to go-live.

You'll act as the primary bridge between business units and technical teams, turning operational pain points into scalable Salesforce solutions.

This isn't a support role. You'll run discovery, design the solution, shape the product backlog, and drive end-to-end project execution with real accountability.

What you'll do?

• Partner directly with internal stakeholders to uncover operational challenges, map processes, and define scalable Salesforce-based solutions

• Lead discovery sessions and translate complex business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria ready for technical estimation

• Own the functional product backlog and manage sprint goals, timelines, scope, and change control end-to-end

• Design declarative-based solutions, data models, and integration plans in collaboration with technical teams

• Facilitate UAT, manage defect prioritization, and lead change management and training initiatives to drive platform adoption

What we're looking for?

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Implementer

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations

• Exceptional ability to translate technical constraints for non-technical stakeholders, navigate conflicting priorities with composure, and operate with a self-driven, highly accountable mindset

• Strong proficiency in ERD/data modeling and Salesforce security architecture (profiles, permission sets, OWD, sharing rules)

• Practical experience designing and troubleshooting automations via Flow Builder, plus solid data migration and cleansing skills

• Hands-on experience with agile/scrum delivery, Jira, and Confluence

• Relevant academic degree (Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, etc.)

Nice to have..

• Salesforce Certified Administrator credential

• BA, Sharing and Visibility Designer, or Consultant certifications

• Background in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
