Salesforce Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to take ownership of end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects within the organization.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for a candidate who can translate complex business requirements into smart, scalable, and user-friendly solutions on the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and proven experience managing comprehensive implementation processes — from requirements gathering and solution design through post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Salesforce using declarative tools, including Flows and Validation Rules.

• Adhere to Salesforce standards and best practices, including security, platform limitations, and recommended implementation practices.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation

• At least 1 year of proven experience working with advanced AI tools to build business processes, automation, optimize workflows, and improve organizational effectiveness, including hands-on familiarity with platforms and tools such as Claude Code, Agentforce, or similar AI solutions

• Relevant Salesforce certifications

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security, and platform limitations

• At least 1 year of proven experience implementing solutions using Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud

• Strong understanding of business processes in Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing

• Proficiency in Flows, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Workflows

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
