מה כולל התפקיד
• איפיון וישום תהליכים עסקיים במערכות CRM
• עבודה מול לקוחות עסקיים וגורמי IT לאיסוף ונתוח דרישות
• ניתוח צרכים עסקיים ותרגומם לפתרונות מערכתיים.
• אפיון תהליכים וכתיבת מסמכי אפיון פונקציונליים וטכניים.
• ביצוע קוסטומיזציה במערכות.
ליווי תהליכי הטמעה, בדיקות ועלייה לאוויר
עבודה מול ספקים, מפתחים ומשתמשמים ,גורמים מקצועיים עסקיים וטכנולוגיים בארגון.
דרישות חובה
• תואר ראשון במדעי המחשב/ מערכות מידע/ מדעי הנתונים / הנדסת תעשייה וניהול עם התמחות במערכות מידע וניסיון מעשי של שנתיים לפחות ביישום Salesforce
או
תואר ראשון אחר עם ניסיון של שלוש שנים לפחות בניתוח מערכות וניסיון של שנתיים לפחות ביישום Salesforce
• עברית ברמת שפת אם ואנגלית ברמה טובה.
יתרונות
