Salesforce CRM Project Lead (5508)

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead complex CRM initiatives and projects in a Salesforce-based environment.

The role includes end-to-end ownership of Salesforce CRM projects, from requirements and solution architecture through implementation and go-live, while working closely with business teams, IT, vendors, and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex Salesforce CRM projects end-to-end

• Define solution and integration architecture

• Analyze business processes and translate them into system requirements

• Lead integrations with core systems, DWH, ESB, and operational systems

• Manage vendors and cross-functional teams

• Lead requirements workshops, testing, implementation, and go-live

• Identify risks, gaps, and blockers and drive solutions

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading Information Systems projects

• 5+ years of significant Salesforce project experience

• Proven experience with complex CRM projects in large organizations

• Strong systems analysis and solution/integration architecture experience

• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Platform, Data Model, Flows, Security Model, and Integration Patterns

• Experience with APIs, Web Services, and Event-Driven Architecture

• Experience working with Agile and SDLC

Significant Advantage

• Experience in financial services, insurance, credit, or wealth management

• Salesforce Architect / Application Architect certification

• Data Governance / Master Data experience

• AI / GenAI experience with Salesforce
