Salesforce instructor

HPI – High-Tech Professions Institute is looking for a Salesforce Instructor to join our teaching team in a part-time, remote role.

We deliver practical training in Salesforce, helping learners develop the skills needed to begin their careers in technology. We’re looking for someone with hands-on Salesforce experience who enjoys teaching and can explain complex concepts clearly to beginners.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver live online lessons for our Salesforce Implementer program.

• Teach Salesforce administration and configuration, including objects and relationships, user management, permissions, reports, dashboards, and Flow automation.

• Introduce practical Sales Cloud and Service Cloud use cases.

• Guide students through exercises and a final implementation project based on business requirements.

• Provide constructive feedback and help students troubleshoot challenges.

• Contribute to course materials, demonstrations, and practical assignments.

We’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience administering or implementing Salesforce in business environments.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security, data management, and automation.

• The ability to translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.

• Clear communication skills, patience, and a genuine interest in helping others learn.

• Fluency in Hebrew and the ability to work with technical materials in English.

• Availability to teach scheduled live sessions and provide consistent support throughout the course.

Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience is an advantage, as are relevant Salesforce certifications.
