About the Role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Systems Analyst to join our technology team at a growing and evolving financial organization. This role involves leading advanced technological solutions, designing complex architectures, and managing cross-organizational processes on the Salesforce platform. Role Definition • Design and architect technological solutions tailored to business needs in a growing and evolving financial organization

• Manage cross-organizational processes in Salesforce and provide solutions for complex business processes

• Lead solution workshops with clients - creative thinking and ability to analyze and propose customized solutions within system capabilities

• Integrations and process implementation - solve complex problems, specify technical solutions with a holistic and systematic approach while maintaining expertise in Best Practices

• Lead specification, implementation and deployment processes of Salesforce in cross-system technology projects, such as: open banking, applications, digital underwriting, and interfaces RequirementsMust Have: • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect in implementation, deployment, and requirements specification

• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including implementation and building customized client solutions, data structure modeling, and integration

• Proven experience with Salesforce integrations, including working with REST and SOAP APIs

• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

• Experience managing projects and implementing cross-organizational Salesforce processes

• Good level of English - reading, writing, and speaking Significant Advantages: • Familiarity with Salesforce Community Cloud and Marketing Cloud
