Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Salesforce Trainer and Implementer for a public sector organization across Israel.

The role includes training, implementation, and ongoing user support for complex, multi-user information systems, with a focus on the Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Train and support users on complex information systems

Implement systems and processes in multi-user environments

Provide ongoing guidance and support throughout system adoption

Prepare training materials using various tools, including training guides, videos, and presentations

Requirements:

Substantial experience within the last 5 years in training and implementing complex systems with multiple users and processes is required

Experience training and implementing systems in environments with hundreds of users is a significant advantage

Experience preparing training materials using various tools, including training guides, videos, and presentations

Experience in graphic design and working with design tools is an advantage

Familiarity with the Salesforce platform
