Job Description

• Managing the SAP development team and introducing changes and improvements to SAP systems.

• Managing development activities in collaboration with the functional implementation team and various stakeholders, according to the work plan.

• The position is approximately 50% management and 50% hands-on development.

• Supporting and developing integration activities and interfaces between systems.

• Providing technological, organizational, and professional support to development teams.

• Monitoring adherence to schedules and procedures, as well as code quality and deliverables.

Requirements

• Extensive and proven knowledge of SAP implementation and development technologies and processes – required.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make complex decisions.

• Professional knowledge and hands-on experience with the following development technologies:

• ALV (OO & Function Modules)

• Function Modules (RFC)

• User Exits

• BAdI

• IDocs

• ABAP OO

• Smart Forms

• Adobe Forms

• Enhancements

• OData

• SAP Gateway

• Experience developing in S/4HANA environments; experience with Fiori applications – an advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong team player, service-oriented approach, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Broad systems perspective, understanding of complex business processes, and high motivation.
