SAP Development Team Lead | Hands-On (50%) 243759

We are looking for an experienced SAP Development Team Lead with strong Hands-On capabilities (at least 50%) and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in SAP development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP development team and drive enhancements, improvements, and changes across SAP systems.

• Manage development activities in collaboration with implementation teams and other stakeholders according to the work plan.

• Act as both a leader and developer, with approximately 50% management and 50% hands-on development responsibilities.

• Support and advance integration activities and interfaces between systems.

• Provide technological, organizational, and professional guidance to development teams.

• Monitor project timelines, compliance with procedures, code quality, and deliverables.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven and extensive knowledge of SAP technologies, implementation methodologies, and development processes.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• ALV (OO & Function)

• Function Modules (RFC)

• User Exits

• BADI

• IDOCs

• ABAP OO

• SmartForms

• Adobe Forms

• Enhancements

• OData

• Gateway

Advantages

• Experience with CPI and PI.

• Development experience in SAP S/4HANA environments.

• Experience with SAP Fiori applications.

• Front-End development knowledge.

• Experience with SAP Portal 7.5.

• Proficiency in SAP BTP.
