SAP FI/MM Team Lead

Location: Tel Aviv | Hybrid - 2 days from home | Full-time

A large and stable organization is looking for an experienced SAP Team Lead to join its Technology Division and take a key role in leading core business systems.

This role combines team management, SAP implementation leadership, business process ownership, solution design, and ongoing collaboration with senior stakeholders across the organization.

What will you do?

• Manage and lead a SAP implementation team specializing in FI and MM modules

• Lead SAP projects, upgrades, and new business process implementations end-to-end

• Analyze and define business requirements with headquarters units, business teams, and key users

• Design and implement system solutions aligned with business needs

• Own system maintenance, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement

• Manage team priorities, task allocation, effort estimation, and timelines

• Lead integrations between SAP modules and related organizational systems

• Work closely with management, senior users, finance, procurement, logistics, IT teams, and vendors

• Ensure compliance with SLA targets and operational controls

Requirements

• At least 4-5 years of experience implementing SAP FI and MM modules

• Proven experience managing a small to mid-sized SAP team, up to 10 implementers, or strong professional team leadership experience

• Experience leading SAP projects end-to-end

• Strong experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into system solutions

• Experience working with senior users, business managers, and headquarters stakeholders

• Experience with integrations between SAP modules and related systems

• Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate people and manage tasks in a multi-interface environment

• Broad business and system-level understanding

• Technological orientation and ability to learn and implement new technologies, including AI tools
