SAP FI/MM Team Lead

We are recruiting an SAP FI/MM Team Lead for a healthcare organization located in central Israel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Professional and managerial management of an SAP implementation team in the FI and MM modules

• Defining business requirements with headquarters, business units, and key users

• Leading projects, upgrades, and implementation of new processes in the SAP system end-to-end

• Analyzing business needs, planning system solutions, implementing them, and taking responsibility for system maintenance, troubleshooting, and improving business processes

• Managing team tasks, prioritizing activities, estimating efforts and schedules, and meeting service objectives, operational controls, and work methodologies

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 4 years of experience in SAP implementation in FI and MM modules

• Proven experience managing a small to medium-sized SAP team, up to 10 implementers, or professionally leading a team

• Experience leading end-to-end SAP projects

• Experience working with senior users, business managers, and headquarters personnel, and in analyzing and defining business requirements

• Experience working in an environment with multiple interfaces and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
