The role focuses on providing professional and technical support for SAP financial processes, with an emphasis on collections, supporting users, resolving issues, and assisting with the implementation and stabilization of a new system following go-live

Responsibilities

Provide professional and technical support for SAP in the collections domain

Provide ongoing support to system users

Support financial and accounting processes with an emphasis on collections

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues

Assist with the implementation and stabilization of a new system following go-live

Requirements

Academic degree

More than 1 year of experience in technical support

Experience in training, implementation, or support of computerized systems

Experience with the SAP Financial module is a significant advantage

Type 3 bookkeeping studies are a significant advantage

Hands-on experience working in a finance or accounting unit is a significant advantage
