Job Description:

• SAP Implementer in the ISH module for the PM billing/reconciliation domain.

• Analysis of customer needs in the designated module compared to the existing solutions within the ERP package in the SAP environment.

• Defining and performing Customization in the ERP system according to the customer's business requirements.

• Providing professional recommendations and proposing technological alternatives in cases where no built-in solution exists within the package.

• Characterizing technical and business solutions for gaps (Gap Analysis) between the organization's needs and the system's capabilities.

• Providing support and assistance throughout the implementation and deployment processes of the selected solutions, working closely with organizational stakeholders and customers.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Computer Science – mandatory.

• 3+ years of experience in implementing SAP systems – mandatory.

• Experience implementing the ISH module / medical systems / billing and reconciliation domain – significant advantage.

• Proven ability in implementation – Customization, process and technical specification, SAP Query, familiarity with and access to databases, Debug, basic knowledge of ABAP, interfaces such as BAPI, etc.

• Experience writing specification documents, work processes, and technical documents.

• Experience identifying and resolving application issues, including Debug capabilities.

• Experience in system implementation with end users – significant advantage.

• Experience working with business and technical stakeholders – advantage.

• Business understanding of work processes in medical centers – advantage.

• Familiarity with the healthcare system and SAP systems in the healthcare domain – advantage.
