SAP Payroll Consultant

SAP Payroll (PY) Consultant | Leading Organization | Central Israel

A leading organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced SAP Payroll (PY) Consultant to take part in the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing operation of SAP Payroll solutions.

The role combines hands-on SAP implementation with project management, user support, business requirements analysis, and integrations with HR, Time Management, and additional enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, maintain, and support the SAP Payroll (PY) module

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions

• Provide ongoing professional support to users

• Investigate and resolve Payroll-related system issues

• Lead and manage projects in the Payroll domain

• Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders

• Work with SAP BW reports

• Support integrations with HR, Time Management, Portal, and Authorization modules

• Work with SAPUI5 interfaces

• Support solutions throughout the full lifecycle, from requirements and implementation to ongoing Production support

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Payroll / PY Consultant – required

• Experience analyzing and implementing Payroll processes

• Project management experience – required

• Experience with SAP HR/HCM and Time Management – an advantage

• Familiarity with SAP BW – an advantage

• Familiarity with SAPUI5 – an advantage

• Familiarity with SAP Workflow (WF) – an advantage

• Ability to work effectively with users, vendors, and multiple stakeholders

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

• Availability for a full-time position and additional hours when required
