Job Description:

• Independently leading testing tasks as a Senior Tester within the testing and quality assurance team of the IT unit, in development, maintenance, and operations.

• Defining methodologies and methods for conducting quality audits, writing procedures, and preparing various testing documents (STP, STD, STR).

• Training testers, providing professional guidance, and leading software testing teams.

• Working with complex technologies and interfaces, including SAP S/4HANA, XML, JSON, and application and development systems.

• Preparing periodic reports on events, issues, and findings, and formulating process recommendations to improve software quality.

• Ongoing work and close collaboration with implementation teams, development teams, and technological stakeholders within the organization.

• Delivering presentations and professional training sessions to testing teams and the organization.

• Hybrid position.

Job Requirements:

• Over 4 years of professional experience, with a significant advantage for proven experience in software testing and quality assurance (QA).

• In-depth knowledge and familiarity with testing methodology according to the ISTQB standard.

• Experience in writing various testing documents (test plans, test scenarios, summary reports).

• Practical experience working with technologies and interfaces: JSON, XML, SAP S/4HANA.

• Experience in independently leading tasks, training testers, and presentation skills.

• Relevant education in the field.

• Advantage for recognized and professional training in the field of quality assurance (QA / ISTQB).

• Excellent teamwork skills, good interpersonal communication, and the ability to work continuously with development and implementation teams.
