SAP Support Specialist

TCS Israel is looking for a skilled SAP EWM Support Specialist to join our SAP team.

In this role, you will provide L2 support and enhancement services for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), supporting critical warehouse and logistics operations in a dynamic enterprise environment. You will be responsible for incident resolution, root cause analysis, system configuration, functional enhancements, and collaboration with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for SAP EWM incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.

• Support inbound, outbound, inventory management, and internal warehouse operations.

• Troubleshoot RF transactions, warehouse tasks, warehouse orders, storage management processes, and exception handling.

• Support and troubleshoot MFS (Material Flow System) interfaces and warehouse automation environments.

• Perform configuration changes and support functional enhancements.

• Work closely with development teams on custom developments and integrations.

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and drive permanent solutions.

• Support integrations between SAP EWM and SAP ERP/S/4HANA environments.

• Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.

• Support release management and transport activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP EWM, SAP WM, or related Warehouse Management solutions.

• Experience providing application support, maintenance, or implementation services in SAP environments.

• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

• Experience with SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and incident management.

• Familiarity with SAP integrations and interface troubleshooting.

• Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or SAP Solution Manager.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• English proficiency, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM.

• Knowledge of MFS (Material Flow System) and warehouse automation environments.

• Experience with SAP TM or other Supply Chain modules.

• Familiarity with ABAP debugging, BADIs, user exits, and enhancement frameworks.

• SAP EWM Certification.

• ITIL Foundation Certification.
