We design and deploy the multi-modal models that power ODDITY’s brands, including IL MAKIAGE, SpoiledChild, and Methodiq, which have successfully transitioned millions of consumers online. Headquartered in New York with R&D in Tel Aviv.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a delivery-oriented Senior AI Engineer to join our team. You will research and deploy state-of-the-art AI models across our product portfolio. This is your chance to leverage ODDITY’s massive data to drive innovation at a fast-growing consumer tech company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build multi-modal / Vision-Language models / generative-AI algorithms to be part of ODDITY’s product lines

• Plan, execute, and deliver cutting-edge research and development

• Work in cooperation with an All-Star team across Oddity’s tech division while also leading independent research projects end-to-end

YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU

• M.Sc. degree from a prominent academic institute in a relevant field

• At least 4 years of relevant industry experience

• Track record in multi-modal / VLM / generative AI models research and development

• Industry experience with real-world data

• AI-Native mindset into day-to-day work methodology.

ADVANTAGE

• Experience in large-scale production model release

• Experience with generative AI in the vision domain

• Background in healthcare/wellness

• PhD in a relevant field and/or publications in top machine learning, AI, computer vision journals or conferences

• Experience in developing models for mobile phone apps, both server and client-side
