We’re hiring a Senior AI Growth Builder – someone who naturally operates in the AI world, possesses high autonomy, and is eager to use it to drive rapid, scalable growth for a consumer product. This role reflects what modern growth looks like: AI comes first, and marketing builds on top of it. Your day-to-day work is powered by AI tools, with a strong focus on marketing, user acquisition, onboarding loops, and retention. As a senior figure, you will take full ownership over complex growth domains, architect sophisticated automated workflows, and potentially evolve into a Team Lead guiding additional growth builders as our portfolio expands.

What You’ll Do

• Take Full Strategic & Operational Ownership: Drive end-to-end user acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives from strategy through hands-on AI-first execution.

• Architect Scalable AI Systems & Automations: Design and deploy automated pipelines, interactive webs, custom scripts, and AI-driven workflows (using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, or custom APIs) to solve distribution and growth challenges without relying on core engineering.

• Lead Advanced Experimentation & Funnel Optimization: Formulate hypotheses, configure, and run rapid A/B tests across the entire marketing and product funnel to continuously optimize acquisition, activation, and retention metrics.

• Build Sub-Products & Growth Experiences: Initiate, plan, develop, and monitor sub-products, landing pages, and interactive user experiences directly within the growth domain.

Requirements:

• High Ownership & Seniority: You take full end-to-end responsibility for complex growth projects, domains, and metrics with minimal guidance.

• Mastery of AI Builder Tools: Advanced hands-on experience building, prototyping, and shipping with modern AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, v0, Bolt.new, custom scripts, or LLM agents).

• Proven Full-Stack Growth Mindset: Deep understanding of consumer products, acquisition mechanics, CRO, messaging, onboarding journeys, and retention dynamics.

• Proven Builder Track Record: Demonstrated experience developing AI-driven projects, automations, scrapers, sub-products, apps, content systems, or custom workflows independently.

• Leadership & Scaling Potential: Strong communication skills and the capability to lead cross-functional initiatives, guide junior team members, or step into a Team Lead role.

• Data Literacy & Analytical Rigor: Ability to query data, analyze performance across the conversion funnel, and make fast, data-informed decisions.

• Initiative & High Velocity: You take action without waiting for direction, learn new technologies on the fly, and thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

• Advantage: Prior experience in high-scale performance marketing, UA operations, or consumer software growth.
