Senior AI Software Engineer

abra is seeking for an Senior AI Software Engineer. This role requires As part of the role, you will be responsible for developing end-to-end AI/GenAI systems based on LLMs, building and maintaining robust data, model, and inference pipelines, including the design of scalable embedding systems and RAG architectures. The role also includes designing cloud-native architectures with auto-scaling capabilities, supporting both dedicated AI applications and shared internal development platforms. You will be responsible for seamlessly integrating corporate governance, compliance controls, and information security solutions into the AI ecosystem, while ensuring that all systems meet strict banking industry standards and requirements. Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, based in Lod, Israel.

Requirements: • 8+ years of experience in software development in a production environment – required. • 5+ years of proven experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript – required. • 3+ years of experience with AWS – required. • Proven experience designing scalable microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed backend systems – required. • Experience with APIs and information security – required.
