Senior AI Solutions Engineer (Enterprise)

We are looking for a hands-on, business-oriented developer who enjoys working directly with Enterprise customers — understanding how their business operates, identifying pain points and requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and owning the process all the way from discovery and design to implementation and production.

Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of software development, business consulting, and customer-facing solution architecture.

You will work directly with Enterprise customers to understand their business processes and challenges, translate them into technical requirements, design and build solutions on top of the platform, and drive the implementation through to successful production.

You will own the full solution lifecycle — from understanding the business problem, through technical design and development, integrations and implementation, to go-live.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who is comfortable both talking to customers and writing code.

Key Responsibilities

• Work Directly with Enterprise Customers: Engage with customers to understand their business processes, challenges, workflows, and goals.

• Translate Business to Technology: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical architecture, workflows, automations, integrations, and AI-powered solutions.

• Own the Full Lifecycle: Take solutions from initial discovery and scoping through design, development, implementation, testing, and production.

• Build & Develop: Configure and build solutions on the platform, develop integrations, write code and scripts, and troubleshoot technical challenges hands-on.

• Lead Complex Implementations: Own end-to-end implementation projects, including kickoffs, ongoing customer communication, technical execution, and successful go-live.

• Act as a Technical Partner: Become a trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders, from business users to technical teams and senior leadership.

• Bridge Business & Engineering: Work closely with Product and Engineering to turn real customer needs into scalable product solutions.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong Software Development Background: A hands-on developer with solid coding experience and the ability to build and implement production-grade solutions.

• Customer-Facing Experience: Proven experience working directly with customers, clients, or business stakeholders — ideally in a role where you were responsible for understanding their needs and translating them into technical solutions.

• Business & Technical Thinking: Ability to deeply understand business processes and requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.

• End-to-End Ownership: Comfortable owning projects from discovery and characterization through implementation and production.

• AI / LLM Experience: Practical experience working with AI, LLMs, AI-powered products, agents, or related technologies is a must.

• Strong Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and independently lead customer-facing engagements.

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Experience in a startup, founding a company, building a product from scratch, or demonstrating strong entrepreneurial ownership is a major advantage.

• Self-Starter: Someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, moves quickly, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.
