Senior Backend / AI Agent Engineer

A fast-growing AI startup in the DevTools space is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer!

We are seeking a senior engineer to help build core infrastructure for next-generation software development tools driven by AI.

What you’ll do:

• Design and scale resilient backend services using Python to support intelligent automated workflows.

• Build complex system architecture that connects high-level product logic with dependable code execution.

• Help create platform components that allow R&D teams to streamline and automate engineering tasks.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience working on complex, high-scale production systems.

• Strong expertise in Python and solid working knowledge of React.

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI agents or LLM-driven workflows in production.

• Heavy user of modern AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) in your daily workflow.
