Senior Backend & AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.

• Own complex features from architecture and technical design through production deployment.

• Build and optimize distributed, event-driven systems for real-time data processing.

• Collaborate closely with Product and R&D teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Drive engineering excellence by adopting AI-assisted development tools and modern software engineering practices.

• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code while following best practices for testing and scalability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of backend software development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript.

• Proven experience with NestJS and distributed system architecture.

• Experience building event-driven systems, Pub/Sub, messaging queues, and asynchronous workflows.

• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience working in cloud environments.

• Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar.

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
