Senior Backend Engineer- Tel Aviv

A leading AI-driven technology company is building intelligent, scalable platforms that bring AI-powered products directly into customers' workflows. We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our R&D organization, helping shape architecture and drive the delivery of robust, high-scale systems.

You'll be working on the core engine that powers the company's product- from design through to production implementation.

What you'll do:

• Design and plan backend solutions for product needs

• Implement solutions and deliver production-ready code

• Solve production issues and investigate scale problems

• Architect and implement backend systems that integrate modern AI/LLM frameworks, retrieval workflows (RAG), and intelligent automation into production pipelines

• Collaborate within a highly motivated, fast-moving team to rapidly iterate and deliver high-impact features

What we're looking for:

• 5-7 years of experience as a Backend Engineer

• 4+ years of experience in .NET and NodeJS

• Experience with a declarative CI/CD platform

• Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Experience with MongoDB – must

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kubernetes and ElasticSearch

• 2+ years of hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM technologies (OpenAI API, Anthropic, etc.)

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.)
