Senior BI Developer | Power BI | Leading Defense Organization | Shfela Area

A leading defense organization in the Shfela area is looking for a Senior BI Developer to design and develop end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions, covering both Backend data infrastructure and Frontend reporting and visualization.

The role involves working with Power BI On-Premises, SQL, Python, DAX, and Tabular, building data infrastructure and models, developing dashboards, and transforming business requirements into scalable data-driven solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop end-to-end BI solutions, from requirements through implementation

• Build interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI

• Design, develop, and maintain data infrastructure using Oracle and SQL Server

• Develop data solutions using SQL and Python

• Design and build data models using Tabular and Power BI

• Develop advanced calculations and metrics using DAX

• Optimize data models, queries, and infrastructure for performance

• Define ETL processes and develop integrations between systems

• Integrate and work with multiple data sources, including SQL Server, Oracle, Excel, and text files

• Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity

• Work directly with users to understand business requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions

• Own BI tasks and solutions throughout the full development lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional BI development experience – required

• Hands-on experience developing end-to-end BI solutions across Backend and Frontend – required

• Strong hands-on Power BI development experience – required

• Experience building data infrastructure using Oracle and/or SQL Server – required

• Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries and Stored Procedures – required

• Strong hands-on experience with DAX and Tabular – required

• Python development experience – required

• Experience defining ETL processes and developing system integrations – required

• Strong understanding of Data Modeling

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management with an Information Systems specialization, Statistics, Data Engineering, Data Science, or a relevant field – required

Advantages
