Senior Brand Designer

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Brand and Marketing Designer to join Similarweb’s Corporate Marketing Department. You will be working within the internal creative agency - the creative engine for user interfaces, internally and externally. You will maintain and evolve the design and style guide of Similarweb’s marketing campaigns, and design visual identities in print and digital formats across all marketing channels. You’ll partner with a marketing manager, analysts, video creators, and writers to create clear messaging and delightful visual interfaces within Similarweb’s brand identity to impact growth and demand generation. So, what will you be doing all day? Work closely with marketing managers, enforce corporate brand identity while developing graphic themes for campaigns and events, design data reports, dive into email and marketing channels strategies, and help develop and implement our brand identity and tone of voice through data viz in various formats - Infographic reports, motion graphics, illustrations, email design, Social Media, full-scale campaigns, and more. You’ll develop designed templates for internal use cases, and search for new design tools, and processes that support creativity, quality, velocity, and efficiency in design execution. Respo nsibilities: • Develop and implement our brand identity, tone of voice, and design strategy through marketing channels, events, reports, data visualization, Social media, posts, etc, by using illustration, infographics, image-making, typography, and motion graphics. • Implement AI tools in design workflows to elevate quality and productivity. • Create visual solutions and creative thinking for campaigns to increase growth, user engagement, and impressions on various platforms. • Work with our Marketing Managers and provide creative and design services daily. • Work with our insights team and provide creative and accurate data visualizations. • Create corporate campaign visual content across marketing channels to influence user engagement and clear storytelling through data and design. • Support design operations and infrastructure. • Research and implement design tools for designers and non-designers that impact creativity, velocity, and efficiency. This is the perfect job for someone who: • 5+ years of professional experience in brand design, marketing design, creative, image-making, typography, and data viz, in print and digital formats. • Bachelor of Design degree B.Des • Experience with these tools: Gen AI, Figma, Adobe Suite, Google Suite, and After Effects (a big plus). • Basic knowledge of marketing tactics. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English • Excellent communication skills • Attention to details • Teamwork skills • Organizational skills • Time management skills • Drive projects from start to finish • Multitasking • Manage and coordinate asset production Why you’ll love being a Similarwebber: You’ll actually love the product you work with: Our customers aren’t our only raving fans.
